R4 Direct Expansion Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers

Our DXR direct expansion refrigerated air dryers use a refrigerant circuit and heat exchanger(s) to pre-cool air, refrigerate it to condense out moisture vapor, and then re-heat the air to prevent pipe sweating downstream.

 

This new line of refrigerated dryers are built with an aluminum block heat exchanger with integrated water separator and air-to-air heat exchanger ensures maximum cooling efficiency.
